Hey guys what’s happening?! It’s almost the end of summer, phew finally! And monsoon is touching down a bit on and off since the last week. So just before the monsoon kicks in with full swing I wanted to post about this very summer-centric fabric called “linen”
Linen is the most commonly used fabric and a preferred choice for most during summer. It’s light, it doesn’t make you sweat too much and neither does it stick to your skin.
Linen is made from the fibers of the flax plant, the garments made of linen are valued for their exceptional coolness and freshness in hot weather.
Linen can be very stylish and elegant if paired properly. It pumps up the dapper quotient instantly. Irrespective of what you wear, a suit, a shirt, linen trouser/chinos, a kurta set or whatsoever, linen is going to totally improvise your entire look.
I have paired a linen shirt with linen chinos, my espadrilles and my fedora go check it out.
Fun Fact: Linen in ancient Egypt was used as a currency. In 1923 the German city Bielefeld issued banknotes printed on linen.
Details Of The Look:
Shirt: Westside Store
Espadrilles: Zobello Clothing
Hope you liked how I styled this amazing textile. Try it for yourselves.
